is seeking a Sales Executive in Singapore to drive business development within the HVAC and facilities management sectors. The role is full-time and on-site in Geylang, focusing on building relationships with facility managers and procurement teams. You will prepare quotations, manage the sales pipeline, coordinate with engineering and operations, and pursue upsell opportunities across maintenance and project services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, Facilities Management, Building Services, or Construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial building sector.
• Build relationships with facility managers, building owners, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and business presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract submissions.
• Review clients' requirements and work with technical teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage existing customer accounts and renewals.
• Participate in tender preparation and coordination.
• Maintain regular communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
