Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop and maintain relationships with customers in the engineering/HVAC sector. The role emphasizes understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions, while driving new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, an engineering diploma is advantageous, and a valid Class 3 license (or own vehicle) is preferred. Alternate Saturday work is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence is advantageous.
• Own vehicle would be advantageous.
• Must be open to working alternate Saturdays (half day).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Positive, proactive and sales-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify and follow up on sales opportunities and enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering/HVAC solutions.
• Conduct customer visits and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and relevant sales documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Follow up on quotations, orders and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and maintain good customer relationships.
