Job summary

A leading staff services company in Singapore is looking for an HR position to manage recruitment processes including job descriptions, interviewing, and candidate management. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in related fields and at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in HR. Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are preferred. This role also includes various administrative duties and support for performance appraisals.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ work experience; experience in recruitment activities is a plus.
  • Mature, energetic, hardworking and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and prepare job descriptions and engage recruitment channels.
  • Administer job boards, social media, and candidate databases.
  • Handle reception duties including call handling and visitor escort.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Serve a permanent position to a leading staff services company in Hong Kong;
  • Analyze and prepare job descriptions, engage recruitment channels, search, identify, approach and select candidates, conduct interviews, reference checks and secure offers;
  • Administer job boards, social media, job and candidate database, career exhibition, etc.;
  • Conduct compensation alignment and liaison, prepare employment contracts;
  • Validate timesheets, prepare payroll, autopay and MPF;
  • Administer group medical, employees' compensation insurance, welfare activities, etc. for hundreds of outsourced staff;
  • Support performance appraisal tasks, prepare reference letters and other documentation;
  • Handle reception duties including incoming call handling, visitor escort, mail and courier management;
  • Assist in other administrative duties as appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related disciplines;
  • At least 2 years’ work experience; experience in recruitment activities is a plus; less experienced candidates may be considered as HR Assistant;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good command of written English. Fluent Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Mature, energetic, hardworking and able to work independently;
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese data-entry.
