About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will help uphold our standards of excellence by ensuring robust HR operations, supporting staff well‑being, and strengthening the overall employee experience. You will work closely with the Human Resource Manager, and partner with school leaders and staff to enable a supportive, values‑driven workplace.

Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation Administration
  • Manage the full monthly payroll and CPF submission process, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Administer and verify special payouts including PSD‑declared bonuses, performance‑related payments, annual merit increments, promotions, and the Connect Plan.
  • Review and recommend salary packages for new hires, internal movements, and promotion cases according to internal guidelines and market norms.
  • Maintain and reconcile the Connect Plan schedule to ensure accurate computation and payouts.
Performance Management & Recognition
  • Support School Leaders in the annual performance appraisal, ranking, and bonus review exercises.
  • Coordinate the annual salary review process, including data collation, analysis, and preparation of proposals.
Promotion & Career Progression
  • Plan and oversee the annual promotion cycle, including eligibility checks, preparation of promotion letters, salary adjustments, and HR system updates.
Staff Insurance & Welfare Administration
  • Oversee staff insurance matters such as policy renewals, claims processing, and liaison with insurers to ensure appropriate and timely coverage.
  • Serve as the point of contact for staff queries related to insurance coverage, benefits, and claims procedures.
Staff Welfare, Recognition & Engagement
  • Administer staff welfare initiatives including staff gifts, get‑well hampers, and recognition efforts that foster a caring and engaged staff community.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, including Payroll Administration using Times Software.
  • Experience within the education sector is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • A team player who embodies professionalism, integrity, and initiative.
