Zusammenfassung

Forward Minder Organisation, part of a Prudential Singapore group, is hiring for a full-time, in-person recruitment role based in Singapore. You will work from our office at 450 Alexandra Road, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

You will engage with job-seekers, understand hiring needs with agency leaders, and interact with candidates across industries while developing recruitment and communication skills in a collaborative team.

Forward Minder Organisation is a group of agency units affiliated with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. We are located at 450 Alexandra Road, Singapore 119960.

This job is a full-time, in-person job in the office.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with job-seekers: Conduct initial interviews to better understand their career aspirations and guide them through a smooth job-seeking process
• Understanding hiring needs: Work closely with agency leaders to identify their business needs and hiring requirements.
• Exposure to diverse industries: Interact with candidates and clients form various industries and job functions
• Team collaboration: Learn from our diverse and experienced team members to develop strong recruitment and communikcation skills

Remuneration

$2,500 - $3,500 per month depending on level of experience
