Job summary

UnFoldMart in Singapore is hiring an HR Executive to run day-to-day HR for the Singapore hub, owning recruiting, onboarding, payroll and work passes while collaborating with the global HR team.

You will be the first point of contact for Singapore HR, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act and CPF, and helping shape growth across Asia. This role offers a hybrid work model and coaching from our Global HR Head.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR generalist or HR operations roles in Singapore
• Knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF, and MOM work pass processes
• Organised, accurate and discreet
• Clear and kind written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: Job postings, screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Onboarding and offboarding: Employment terms, documents, equipment and first-week plans
• Payroll and CPF: Coordinate monthly payroll and CPF with provider
• Work passes: Prepare and track Employment Pass and S Pass applications and renewals with MOM
• HR administration: Records, leave, claims, payslips and HR system
• Employee support: First point of contact for Singapore HR

Be the people partner for our Singapore team

Singapore is our hub for APAC, and the team here is growing. We need an HR Executive who makes hiring smooth, onboarding warm and HR administration flawless, and who knows Singapore's employment rules inside out.

You'll run day-to-day HR for Singapore, work closely with our global HR team, and help shape how we grow across Asia.

What you will own

• Recruiting. Job postings (including MyCareersFuture where required), screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Onboarding and offboarding. Key Employment Terms, documents, equipment and first-week plans
• Payroll and CPF. Coordinate monthly payroll and CPF with our provider, accurately and on time
• Work passes. Prepare and track Employment Pass and S Pass applications and renewals with MOM
• HR administration. Records, leave, claims, itemised payslips and the HR system
• Employee support. First point of contact for HR questions in Singapore

Your first 90 days

• Days 1 to 30: Learn our tools and policies, audit Singapore HR files and pass statuses
• Days 31 to 60: Run hiring and onboarding for new Singapore joiners end to end
• Days 61 to 90: A Singapore HR checklist and calendar (CPF, pass renewals, leave) that never misses a date

You will thrive here if you

• Have 2+ years in HR generalist or HR operations roles in Singapore
• Know the Employment Act, CPF, and MOM work pass processes
• Are organised, accurate and discreet
• Communicate clearly and kindly, in writing and in person

Bonus points: experience in an agency or regional company, HRIS tools, IHRP certification.

• S$48,000 to S$66,000 per year
