Job summary

Forward Minder Organisation, part of a Prudential Singapore group, is hiring for a full-time, in-person recruitment role based in Singapore. You will work from our office at 450 Alexandra Road, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

You will engage with job-seekers, understand hiring needs with agency leaders, and interact with candidates across industries while developing recruitment and communication skills in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education (SG/SGPR).
• A strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
• A friendly, outgoing and engaging personality.
• Eagerness for self-learning, improvement and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews with job-seekers to understand career goals and guide their job search.
• Collaborate with agency leaders to identify hiring needs and requirements.
• Engage with candidates and clients across diverse industries and roles.
• Learn from a diverse team to develop recruitment and communication skills.
