Aspial Corporation Limited in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employer branding, CSR and HR communications.

You will coordinate activities, create engaging HR communications, and partner with managers to deliver a positive employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of HR resourcing and employee engagement experience preferred; fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Candidates with more than 3 years may be considered for Senior HR Executive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Creative content development for employee communications, social media and employer branding.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful and a team player who enjoys working with people.
• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva) would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment & Onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interview coordination and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Manage recruitment channels, including job portals, agencies, social media and career fairs.
• Track recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct orientation to create a positive new hire experience.
• Manage the first six months of the employee journey and onboarding surveys.

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and support a broad portfolio covering recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employer branding, CSR and HR communications.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating activities and creating engaging HR communications.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Manage recruitment channels, including job portals, agencies, social media and career fairs.
• Track recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct orientation to create a positive new hire experience.
• Manage the first six months of the employee journey, including administering onboarding surveys and analysing feedback and partnering with hiring managers to enhance a new hire integration and experience.

Employee Engagement, CSR & HR Communications

• Partner with the manager to plan and organise employee engagement and CSR activities, including community outreach and volunteering initiatives.
• Develop creative and engaging content for employee engagement, CSR, employer branding and HR communications.
• Support employer branding initiatives across recruitment platforms, social media and career events.
• Manage the planning, content development and publication of quarterly and annual HR newsletters.
• Manage content on the internal HR application to support employee engagement, campaigns, announcements and HR communications.
• Encourage employee participation and contribute fresh ideas to strengthen workplace culture.
• Support other HR initiatives and projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR resourcing and employee engagement. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience mayl be considered for Senior HR Executive position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders.
• Creative with an interest in employee communications, content development, social media and employer branding.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful and a team player who enjoys working with people.
• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva) and familiarity with social media content creation would be an added advantage.
