Job description
HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS
  • Conducting accommodation audits (Physical and Virtual)
  • Conducting casual labour audits
  • HR Office upkeep of supplies and stationery management
  • Requisite nametags
  • Arrange for the dispatch of baby gifts, get-well amenity and wreaths
  • Issuance and administering of staff lockers; audit and maintenance
  • Management of medical certificates deposit box
  • Administration of 90-day confirmation and letter of certification
  • Daily Commitment to Quality template and monthly department roster
  • Design of Commitment to Quality inserts for HR noticeboard:New HiresTransfers and Promotions
  • Assist in employee corporate attraction bookings and balloting
ENGAGEMENT
  • TakeCare - support for Community Footprints
  • Management of LinkedIn portal for RCMS
  • Support for Annual Dinner & Dance
SUPPORT FOR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
  • Assist Assistant Director of Human Resources on day-to-day administrative tasks:
  • Manage schedule and appointments
  • Manage OIL and AL tracking of the team
  • Schedule HR outings and monthly meetings
  • HR Treasurer
  • Gift certificate sponsorship
  • Work pass administrations and renewals
  • Medical re-examination of Work Permit holders
  • Logistic support for taskforce and/or pre-opening assignments
  • Adhoc tasks
