Job summary

A local HR consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR functions end-to-end, including recruitment, training, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of HR experience, a degree in HR or related fields, and strong skills in communication and data management. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations while enhancing employee engagement and performance within the company. This position operates in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience required.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices necessary.
  • Possession of CEI Basic is an added advantage.

Job Scope
  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Post job advertisements on multiple platforms, screen resumes, schedule and coordinate interviews, and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
  • Prepare employment contracts, maintain and update employee records in HR systems, and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with MOM regulations.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, track attendance, leave records, and ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement.
  • Support HR policy implementation, review HR processes, and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Organise staff events, training programmes, workshops, and other HR-related initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and development.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes, training needs assessments, and career development plans in collaboration with management.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries, provide guidance on HR policies, and handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Support HR reporting, data analysis, and generate management reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a positive workplace culture, implement best HR practices, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or above in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Possess CEI Basic is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable working with HR systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
