WISMA RECRUITMENT CENTRE is seeking a Permanent, Full-Time HR Generalist to manage payroll for 40+ staff and oversee end-to-end recruitment and HR administration at our Kaki Bukit location.

You will handle CPF submissions, employment offers, and policy reviews, while coordinating graduate hires, internships, and campus recruitment events, ensuring timely HR reporting and compliance with MOM regulations.

Competenze

• Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource, Business and/or related disciplines.
• Payroll processes for 40+ headcounts: 1-2 years
• HR Generalist: 1-2 years

Mansioni

• Full spectrum of Payroll computation inclusive of CPF submission & P-files
• Perform the entire recruitment process from posting, screening to making employment offers
• Review recruitment, policies and sourcing strategies on a regular basis
• Prepare HR documentation for new & existing employees
• Administering staff's leave records, welfares, appraisal performance and training programs
• Enrol & participate for graduate hire programs, internships, career fairs, etc
• Organize staff's events and activities such as team building and recognition programs.
• Administering/Renewal of corporate business registration and operating licenses required business continuity
• Work closely with MOM on work passes, permits renewals, tax clearance and surveys matters
• Develop, implement and update workplace safety policies and procedures in alignment with MOM regulations
• Month-end generating of HR & Payroll reports
• Assist and coordinate to launch in Performance Management system
