Job summary

Mend TCM Wellness Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring for an HR generalist to support full HR functions including payroll, recruitment, and compliance with Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.

You will maintain HR records, manage leaves and insurance matters, and assist with onboarding and policy updates. The role requires 2-3 years of experience, degree in HR or accounting, and familiarity with INFOTECH systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Accounting or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' working experience.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.
• Payroll experience and INFOTECH system knowledge is a plus.
• Team player with analytical skill and integrity; confidentiality is key.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records for reporting.
• Ensure payroll is performed timely and accurately.
• Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Manage work passes: quota calculation, applications, renewal, cancellation.
• Oversee leave management and medical records.
• Manage company insurance: updates, renewals, claims.
• Provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
• Update HR policies to comply with laws and regulations.
• Maintain payroll documentation.
• Process yearly IR8A and IR21 submissions.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions


• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’s records for accurate reporting


• Well-versed in payroll function to ensure payroll is performed at timely and accurate manner


• To assist with recruitment from job posting, selection, arranging interview and new staff orientation


• Full knowledge in handling work passes matters (quota calculation, application, renewal, cancellation etc)


• Responsible for leave management, medical record


• Assist and manage company insurance function eg updates, renewal and claims


• Provide advice to staff on HR policies and procedures


• Review and update HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant regulatory act and laws


• Maintain proper documentation of all relevant documents pertaining to payroll


• Processing and submission of yearly IR8A and IR21 for staff in a timely manner


• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent


• 2-3 years' working experience


• Knowledge of Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act


• Candidates with payroll experience and INFOTECH system knowledge will be an added advantage
