YOUNG (YANG) TCMWELLNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore.

The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely payroll, and handling recruitment from posting to onboarding. Responsibilities include managing work passes, leave and medical records, insurance administration, and advising on HR policies. Knowledge of the Employment Act and related regulations is essential; confidentiality and independence are valued

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in HR/ payroll.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.
• Experience with payroll processing and confidential data handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
• Payroll accuracy and timely processing.
• Assist with recruitment from job postings to orientation.
• Manage work passes including quotas, applications, renewals, cancellations.
• Leave management and medical records handling.
• Assist company insurance function updates, renewals and claims.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR policies comply with regulatory acts and laws.
• Maintain payroll documentation and annual IR8A/IR21 submissions.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’s records for accurate reporting
• Well-versed in payroll function to ensure payroll is performed at timely and accurate manner
• To assist with recruitment from job posting, selection, arranging interview and new staff orientation
• Full knowledge in handling work passes matters (quota calculation, application, renewal, cancellation etc)
• Responsible for leave management, medical record
• Assist and manage company insurance function eg updates, renewal and claims
• Provide advice to staff on HR policies and procedures
• Review and update HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant regulatory act and laws
• Maintain proper documentation of all relevant documents pertaining to payroll
• Processing and submission of yearly IR8A and IR21 for staff in a timely manner
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent
• 2-3 years' working experience
• Knowledge of Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act
• Candidates with payroll experience and INFOTECH system knowledge will be an added advantage
• Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
• Self-driven, initiative, resourceful and able to work independently
