Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide advice and manage the talent acquisition process. You will oversee the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with HR legislation while handling onboarding and offboarding. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HRIS Unit4 (Prosoft) are preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Human Resources function.
  • Good knowledge of HRIS Unit4 (Prosoft) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Providing professional HR advice and support on HR practices.
  • Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing the business managers with professional HR advice, guidance and support on HR practices, policies and procedures and employment law/legislations.
  • Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional experience to candidates
  • Managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, grievances handling and offboarding.
  • Reviewing, drafting and implementing HR policies in compliance with government legislation and ensuring efficient internal workflows and processes.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant qualification.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Human Resources function
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and priorities management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good knowledge of HRIS Unit4 (Prosoft) will be an added advantage.
