Job summary

SEA Singapore is seeking an HR professional to support Infrastructure’s talent needs across the regional footprint. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, shape employee experience, and oversee core HR operations from onboarding to transitions.

As part of the HR team, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers and regional partners to build pipelines, create engaging communications, and ensure smooth processes that enable high-performance teams in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• ≥1 year HR experience with focus on talent acquisition.
• Prior experience in Internet/Telecommunication or IT domains is a plus.
• Strong ownership with structured thinking and multitasking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for employee experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment with sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Drive engagement activities and internal communications to strengthen culture.
• Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle and policy guidance.
