Job summary

A leading logistics provider based in Singapore is seeking a versatile HR professional to manage end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, payroll administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Chinese. Job description

This role requires a versatile individual with a strong foundation in recruitment and payroll administration to manage end-to-end HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Management :
  • Identify, attract, and select qualified candidates to fill open positions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent and foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordination with recruitment agencies.
Payroll and Benefits Administration :
  • Accurately process monthly payroll
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including leave management.
HR Administration :
  • Maintain employee personnel files and records.
  • Update and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct disciplinary actions and provide counseling and support to employees.
Payroll Compliance :
  • Statutory Obligations
  • Tax Compliance
  • Coordination with payroll outsourcing partner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Malay language is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws, regulations, and payroll best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software systems (e.g., Whyze).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
