Job summary
A food service company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment and onboarding, maintain essential HR documents, and liaise with management. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma in Human Resources with at least 2 years of related experience, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and knowledge of TimeSoft Software will be an advantage. This position offers a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent with 2 years related experience.
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act is essential.
- Experience in HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Liaise with management regarding hiring needs.
- Maintain HR documents and inventory for uniforms.
