Job summary

Argyll Scott in Singapore seeks an experienced People & Culture Systems Implementation / PMO Lead to drive HR systems delivery. You will coordinate across HR, IT and vendors to ensure a smooth transition to new platforms, manage plans, testing and data migration, and enable successful deployment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR systems implementation, project management or PMO roles.
• Proven experience managing HR technology implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of People & Culture systems and related processes.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Work closely with HR, IT, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate system testing, data migration, user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Support user training, communications and transition to new systems.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reporting to management.
