Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced People & Culture Systems Implementation / PMO Lead to manage HR systems implementation and related transformation activities in Singapore.

The role focuses on project delivery, stakeholder coordination and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes, with a 12-month contract and extension/convertibility options. You will work closely with HR, IT and vendors to deliver on key milestones.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR systems implementation or PMO experience.
• Proven track record in HR technology transformation projects.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HR systems implementation and related processes.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate system testing, data migration, UAT and deployment activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Support user training, communications and transition to new systems.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reporting to management.

Role Overview

• Coordinate system testing, data migration, user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Support user training, communications and transition to new systems.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reporting to management.

Job Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR systems implementation, project management or PMO roles.
• Proven experience managing HR technology implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred
