Job summary

Adecco partners with a leading Insurance firm to recruit a HR Systems Project Manager to oversee People & Culture system implementation and related transformation activities. This role focuses on project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and smooth transitions to new processes.

You will lead and coordinate system implementation, manage plans and timelines, work with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, and ensure rigorous testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in HR systems implementation, PMO or project management.
• Proven experience managing HR technology implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of People & Culture systems and related processes.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Work closely with HR, IT, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate system testing, data migration, user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Support user training, communications and transition to new systems.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reporting to management.
