HUMANICA Public Company Limited in Singapore seeks an HRIS Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end HRIS projects for clients. You will analyze client needs, configure systems, and provide ongoing consulting and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities include training users, managing timelines, and ensuring successful go-lives. Strong HR process knowledge and experience with major HRIS platforms are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, CS or related field.
• Proven experience in HRIS or software implementation.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices.
• Experience with HR technology solutions such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM.
• Experience in software implementation and project delivery.
• Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Knowledge of Malaysia statutory requirements and payroll is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions for clients from initiation to go-live.
• Analyze client HR processes to tailor HRIS solutions.
• Configure and customize HRIS systems to client specs.
• Provide consulting and technical support during implementation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for system users.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and project outcomes.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication.
