Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex HR technology transformation programs for enterprise clients. You will oversee governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence to ensure clients realize value from their technology investments.

You will act as a trusted advisor, manage multi-stakeholder priorities, guide project teams, and drive commercial performance across large-scale implementations from initiation to go-live and closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience delivering enterprise HR technology or digital transformation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex software implementations for enterprise clients.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR technology implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic objectives.
• Act as primary contact for executive sponsors and steering committees.
• Facilitate governance forums, risk reviews and project performance reporting.
• Coach and develop junior project managers and delivery teams.
• Drive delivery governance, budgeting, resourcing and profitability.
• Manage client relationships and translate objectives into actionable plans.
