Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of specialized experience leading HR system implementations, HR technology transformations, or PMO work.
• Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle HR software deployments or digital workforce transformations.
• Strong command of modern HR operating models, core processes, and enterprise HRIS solutions.
• Exceptional governance, analytical problem-solving, and ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• High degree of self-direction with ability to balance priorities and multi-track deliverables.
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead and orchestrate the rollout of core People & Culture platforms, digital tools, and operational workflows.
• Formulate and govern project charters, master delivery schedules, milestones, and output targets.
• Partner across HR, IT, vendors, and business units to secure successful delivery and alignment.
• Oversee system readiness workstreams, including data migration, UAT, and release deployment.
• Track, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, interdependencies, and roadblocks with swift corrective actions.
• Drive change adoption through user enablement sessions, rollout communications, and knowledge transfer programs.
• Deliver structured project reporting and executive dashboards for governance.
