Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support the rollout of a new SAP SuccessFactors platform in a large healthcare environment. You will drive configuration, data migration and testing, then own the system after go-live.

You will translate HR requirements into system configurations, lead end-to-end testing, and oversee data extraction, validation and migration for go-live. Post go-live support and governance will follow.

Formación

• Degree in HR, IS, Business or related field.
• 4–8 years HRIS experience, SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data structures.
• Experience with data migration, testing and integration.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Translate HR requirements into system configurations and specifications.
• Lead end-to-end testing including system testing and UAT.
• Oversee HR data extraction, mapping, validation, and migration for go-live.
• Provide post go-live support and resolve incidents quickly.
• Own SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Performance.
• Manage daily user support, access and system maintenance.
• Establish post go-live governance, documentation and operating procedures.
• Plan and deliver change management, training and communications.
• Work with HR, IT and vendors to manage releases and enhancements.
• Produce HR data reports and analytics for management.
