Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned HR Operations professional to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role includes SAP SuccessFactors administration, HR reporting and analytics, and driving process improvements to boost efficiency and employee experience.

You will maintain accurate employee records, handle operational queries, and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system issues while supporting Singapore-specific HR projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or Business related field.
• 5 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations and process improvement.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Meticulous with strong organizational skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for Singapore across the employee lifecycle.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors administration and HR reporting/analytics.
• Improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• maintain accurate employee records and transactions in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Handle HR operational queries from Singapore employees and managers.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system/operational issues.
• Support HR projects and initiatives relevant to Singapore operations.
