Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors lead to drive a full rollout across HR modules. You will coordinate with HR stakeholders and partners to configure the system and ensure a successful deployment.

The role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end HRIS implementations, strong data migration capabilities, and the ability to provide post-go-live support and training. This is a senior, hands-on position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business or related field.
• 6–10 years of HR/HRIS experience with hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end enterprise HR system implementation or rollout.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors with HR stakeholders and implementation partners to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Manage end-to-end system testing, including system testing and UAT, to ensure successful deployment.
• Oversee HR data cleansing, extraction, mapping, validation and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues and manage ongoing HRIS operations.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Performance Management.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning and management decisions.
• Prepare SOPs, system documentation and user guides, and conduct training to drive adoption and self-service usage.
• Liaise with implementation partners and SAP support teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
