Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HRIS lead to drive the SAP SuccessFactors rollout and enable HR transformation. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and partners to translate requirements into configurations, perform end-to-end testing, manage data migration, and support post-go-live operations with reporting and training to drive user adoption.

The role covers Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Performance modules with governance and self-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IT, business administration or related field.
• 6–10 years HR/HRIS experience with end-to-end enterprise HR system rollout/implementation.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, working closely with HR stakeholders and implementation partners to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Manage end-to-end system testing, including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure successful deployment.
• Oversee HR data cleansing, extraction, mapping, validation and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues and manage ongoing HRIS operations.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Performance Management.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning and management decisions.
• Prepare SOPs, system documentation and user guides, and conduct training to drive system adoption and self-service usage.
• Liaise with implementation partners and SAP support teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
