Job summary

St. Andrew's Community Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager, HRIS Specialist to lead the SAP SuccessFactors rollout. You will configure modules, oversee data migration, and design solutions in partnership with HR and IT teams. The role includes go-live support and establishing governance for post-implementation operations.

You will own end-to-end module management (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning) and drive adoption through clear SOPs and user training across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 6–10 years HR/HRIS experience with at least one end-to-end HR system rollout.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, data migration, and HR reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Project Delivery: translate requirements into configurations and specifications.
• System Testing: lead end-to-end testing cycles including System Testing and UAT.
• Data Cleansing & Migration: oversee HR data extraction, mapping, validation, and migration into SAP SuccessFactors.
• Go-Live: provide dedicated support to resolve post-implementation incidents rapidly.
• Module Ownership & BAU Operations: ownership of SuccessFactors modules, user access, and configurations.
• Analytics & Adoption: build HR reports, dashboards, SOPs, and training materials to drive adoption.
