Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support the rollout of a new SAP SuccessFactors platform in a large healthcare environment. You will drive configuration, data migration and testing, then own the system after go-live.

You will translate HR requirements into system configurations, lead end-to-end testing, and oversee data extraction, validation and migration for go-live. Post go-live support and governance will follow.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, IS, Business or related field.
• 4–8 years HRIS experience, SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data structures.
• Experience with data migration, testing and integration.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver change management, training and communications.
• Work with HR, IT and vendors to manage releases and enhancements.
• Produce HR data reports and analytics for management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Translate HR requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
• Lead end-to-end testing, including system testing and user acceptance testing
• Oversee HR data extraction, mapping, validation and migration for go-live
• Provide dedicated post go-live support and resolve incidents quickly
• Own SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Performance
• Manage daily user support, access and system maintenance
• Establish post go-live governance, documentation and operating procedures
• Plan and deliver change management, training and communications
• Work with HR, IT and vendors to manage releases and enhancements
• Produce HR data reports and analytics for management

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline and above
• 4 to 8 years of experience in HRIS, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data structures
• Experience with data migration, testing and system integration
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
