Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Tender Manager to drive end-to-end tender activities for global and APAC clients. You will coordinate with country representatives, central procurement, and local offices to consolidate inputs and deliver commercially competitive submissions.

The role emphasizes planning pricing, validation, and compliance with tender procedures, while maintaining thorough documentation and providing cross-regional insights to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support global and regional account management teams in managing end-to-end tender activities for strategic and multinational customers.
• Examine tender requirements and coordinate with relevant country representatives, primarily within APAC, to gather information and ensure submissions meet specified deadlines and requirements.
• Work with local offices, central procurement, and other relevant stakeholders to consolidate inputs and prepare commercially competitive tender responses.
• Plan and coordinate tender activities, including pricing assessments, internal validation, proposal reviews, and compliance with established tender management procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive tender documentation, status updates, and management reports to ensure information accuracy, traceability, and accessibility.
• Provide analytical support and tender management insights during cross-regional discussions to facilitate informed decision-making and alignment with business targets.
• Investigate tender process challenges, coordinate resolution plans, and recommend improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and submission quality.
• Undertake other relevant responsibilities and contribute to departmental or cross-functional projects when required.
