Job summary

National University of Singapore seeks a Project Manager - Senior Manager / Associate Director, HR Technology to bridge HR and IT. You will plan, design, implement, and measure HR technology solutions like SAP SuccessFactors, Impress.ai, and RPA tools to deliver value to employees and the organization.

The role requires extensive HR-IT experience, strong PM skills, and ability to manage vendor relationships while driving digital transformation across HR functions and CoEs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, HR or related field.
• Min 10 years of HR-IT experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, L&M) preferred.
• Strong PM skills with system implementations, HR digitalization, and BPR projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience collaborating across units and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI tools and RPA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR functions/CoEs to define and implement digital HR solutions.
• Research and adopt modern digital workplace tech to improve employee experience and productivity.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, deployment, change management and maintenance of HR systems.
• Work with business users, IT and vendors to meet requirements on time and resources.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding and Impress.ai; lead sourcing and implementation of an intelligent ATS.
