Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager / Manager, People Technology & Automation Delivery to lead end-to-end HR tech delivery, including SAP SuccessFactors, automation, and AI-enabled solutions within the P&C division.

You will configure SAP SuccessFactors, manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, oversee budgets and vendors, and drive security and governance across HR tech deployments to enable better employee experience.

Qualifications

Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience is required.
Experience delivering AI-enabled workflow automation with measurable benefits.
Strong business-analysis and integration delivery capabilities.
Familiarity with APIs, cybersecurity, privacy, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and map processes to prioritized requirements, user stories and designs.
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, workflows, and lifecycles.
Design and deliver workflow automation and responsible AI solutions from prototype to deployment.
Manage integrations between SAP/S4HANA, Analytics Cloud, APIs; apply ServiceNow/Workato where apt.
Lead design, testing, releases, training and production support with security controls.
Monitor service health, incidents, risks; drive continuous improvement.
Plan budgets, procurement, licences; manage vendors for value and compliance.
