Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) seeks a seasoned Manager, HR Information Systems to lead the HRIS team and shape a unified HR technology roadmap. You will oversee SAP SuccessFactors, drive data integrity and partner with HR, IT and vendors to deliver reliable systems aligned with the University’s people strategy.

The role emphasizes governance, project leadership and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work arrangement and a focus on delivering value to staff and students alike.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Technology or related.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience managing HR systems, digital transformation or enterprise tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors across modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience managing system implementations, enhancements and change management.
• Knowledge of process automation, data governance and HR analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the HRIS team, set priorities, allocate resources and ensure service delivery.
• Develop an integrated HR technology roadmap and oversee governance, optimization and reliability of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
• Lead HRIS projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Evaluate and implement emerging HR technologies, including AI, RPA and workflow solutions.
• Strengthen HR data governance, system controls, integrations, analytics and real-time reporting.
• Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders, and manage vendors and implementation partners.
• Proactively manage operational, data and system risks, and maintain business continuity.
• Oversee HRIS documentation, training and user support resources.
