ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes, delivering governance, executive client partnership, and cross-team leadership at scale in Singapore.

You will own programme governance, manage C-suite stakeholders, drive risk and go/no-go decisions, and build a high-performing PMO. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle is highly valued.

Qualifications

Proven multi-vendor, multi-workstream leadership across geographies.
Experience managing C-suite client relationships and steering committees.
Commercial stewardship across a programme and margins.
Enterprise risk and escalation ownership at programme level.
Fluency with structured implementation methodologies (SAP Activate) and agile delivery.
Demonstrated capability uplift of PMOs and PMs.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex HRTech transformation programmes with multiple vendors and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Define and enforce programme governance structures, reporting cadence, and risk controls.
Manage executive stakeholders, drive steering-committee decisions, and communicate clearly with clients and RA.
Anticipate and manage programme risks, cutover planning, and go/no-go events.
Coach and develop PMs, set team KPIs, and uplift PMO capability.
Protect commercial outcomes by managing margins, resourcing, and scope risk at the programme level.
