Job summary

Sea in Singapore is seeking an HR partner to support Corporate IT with end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR partnering. You will work closely with hiring managers, employees, and vendors to attract talent and strengthen workplace culture.

The role includes staffing, onboarding, employer branding, internal communications, HR reporting, and process improvements to boost operational efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications, or related area.
• Passionate about people and culture with a service mindset and integrity.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through online platforms, market research, talent mapping, employee referrals, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract both active and passive talent.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities and internal events from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver meaningful employee experiences.
• Draft and edit internal communications, including newsletters, intranet updates, event announcements, and other HR materials.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, engagement activities, and other people-related metrics.
• Support HR projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
