Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience, preferably in recruitment or L&D
• Familiarity with competency frameworks and learning needs analysis
• Awareness of AI tools, workflow automation platforms and process improvement methodologies would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Resourceful and self-directed, able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR administration across the employee lifecycle including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding
• Lead onboarding programmes for new hires to ensure a consistent experience
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks to support role clarity and staff development
• Manage HR metrics and reports to support informed decision-making
• Coordinate and administer learning programmes to build staff capability and growth
• Track training completion, gather feedback and evaluate programme effectiveness
• Review HR and administrative workflows to identify gaps and improve efficiency through automation or AI tools
• Undertake other responsibilities to support broader team goals
