Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Learning Operations specialist to manage HR LMS courses, registrations, and learning records at our Singapore office. You will support the annual training calendar, work with external providers, and ensure timely evaluations and reporting.

You will also handle onboarding logistics, compliance e-learning, and grant tracking, while exploring AI tools to streamline training administration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business or HR with at least 3 years of L&D experience.

Responsibilities

• Create courses in HR LMS and serve as the primary contact for staff training enquiries.
• Process external course registrations and payment requisitions; inform staff on registration status.
• Maintain learning records in HR LMS; track training hours and prepare monthly reports and dashboards.
• Maintain the company course catalogue on the LMS and intranet.
• Support annual learning needs analysis and plan the training calendar.
• Coordinate logistics for HR-organised programmes, including communications and registrations.
• Source and engage external training providers to meet business needs.
• Administer post-training evaluations and analyze feedback for improvements.
• Track participation and platform usage to identify trends and gaps.
• Assist New Hire Orientation logistics and gather participant feedback.
• Administer compliance e-learning and LinkedIn Learning issues; coordinate follow-up.
• Submit and track training grants (SWDA) and keep audit-ready records.
• Monitor training budget and flag variances to manager.
• Support education sponsorships end to end and update completion records.
