Qualifications

• Ability to analyse capability needs and translate into learning outcomes.
• Design curricula, learning pathways and capability interventions.
• Lead projects or workstreams from planning through evaluation.
• Experience with digital and AI-enabled learning approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse capability needs and translate competency and practice requirements into learning outcomes, assessments and activities.
• Design and enhance curricula, learning pathways and capability interventions using adult learning principles.
• Lead assigned course portfolios, projects or workstreams from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Review learning data and stakeholder feedback to improve programme relevance, quality and transfer.
• Pilot digital and AI-enabled learning solutions in line with governance and quality requirements.
• Coordinate engagement and deployment of Adult Educators for programmes and support quality reviews.
• Collaborate with agencies, SMEs, Adult Educators and partners to identify needs and co-develop capability solutions.
• Participate in projects and cross-sector initiatives, contributing SSI’s perspective.
