Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking an entry-level Data & HR Administrative Assistant in Singapore. You will perform data entry for new hires and help update staff records in myHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs.

You'll also support onboarding and In Service teams during peak periods, assist with SharePoint access, and cover for colleagues on leave to maintain smooth operations. Fresh diplomas are welcome to apply in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration/HRM or relevant field.
• No experience are welcome to apply.
• Working experience in data management functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
• Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR (Transfers, Redesignation, Contract extension etc.).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure all related documentation is properly P filed according to SLAs.
• Provide support to Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks.
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties for colleagues on leave to ensure continuity of operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
