Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR admin assistant to perform data entry for new hires, maintain staff data in myHR, and support both Onboarding and In Service teams. The role includes offboarding updates, filing according to SLAs, and covering duties during peak periods.

You will handle SharePoint access, assist transfers and contract changes, and contribute to smooth, confidential data operations within a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for new hires with mandatory fields and documents.
• Assist updating staff data in myHR (transfers, re-designation, contract extension).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure all related documentation is properly filed according to SLAs.
• Provide support during operational peaks and cover duties as needed.
• Grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Take on ad hoc duties as assigned.
