Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle specialist to handle HR enquiries, maintain records, and support onboarding and offboarding processes in Singapore.

The role requires collaboration with HR Shared Services and HRIS teams to ensure accurate data across platforms. The position supports end-to-end HR processes, HR reporting, and system coordination, with a focus on delivering timely service within an extension-eligible 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• HR administration, HR operations, shared services or customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SuccessFactors experience is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and customer service skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR enquiries and transactions within service timelines.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support end-to-end onboarding, in-service administration and offboarding, including contracts, medical checks, work passes, probation, renewals and resignations.
• Support HRSS projects, SOP updates and process improvements.
• Generate monthly HR reports for Finance and Audit.
• Provide HR systems support and coordinate service requests.
• Handle HR queries from HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, C&B and HQ teams.
• Act as liaison between HR Shared Services and HRIS teams.
• Investigate system/data issues and ensure data accuracy across HR platforms.
