Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage the full employee lifecycle across onboarding, records, reporting, benefits, compliance and learning administration. This hands-on role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle onboarding, document checks, system setup, and coordination of work passes, while maintaining data integrity in HRIS, producing regular metrics, and driving process

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and data management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidate available at short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment administration, interview arrangements, employment documentation and pre-employment requirements.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation, system setup, medical examinations and work pass administration.
• Support workforce mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including coordination of relevant employee logistics.
• Manage probation confirmation processes in collaboration with line managers.
• Monitor fixed-term contracts and coordinate renewals in accordance with applicable employment requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate employee exits, including required documentation and statutory notifications.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure data integrity and governance.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics and dashboards to support workforce and operational decision-making.
• Support HR audits, HRIS enhancements, automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits and procedures.
• Support benefits enrolment and disenrollment, vendor coordination, invoices, employment verification letters and learning administration.
