Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR operations / HR administration.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and local HR regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes , including screenings, offer letters, and employee declarations
• Handle post-employment screenings and flag discrepancies to HR Business Partners
• Support employee lifecycle activities such as transfers, secondments, conversions, re-employment, and offboarding
• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and dependents
• Manage processes related to the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) for financial advisers (where applicable)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
• Ensure proper documentation and record storage
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner
• Support reference checks for ex-employees
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and duties
