Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Operations & Administration professional to manage employee records, prepare contracts, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and support work pass processes in Singapore.

You will assist HR systems data management, participate in engagement initiatives, and provide general administrative support for HR projects and policies across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in HRM, Business or equivalent.
• 3–5 years HR experience in Singapore with local practices.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in PDPA-compliant manner.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and lifecycle documents.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with IT, Facilities, and departments.
• Assist work pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance.
• Support HR systems data management and payroll activities when required.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Provide general administrative support for HR projects and SOPs.
