Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage the full employee lifecycle and provide hands-on HR support across onboarding, records, HR reporting, benefits, compliance and learning administration.

The role involves coordinating onboarding, data management in HRIS, preparing reports and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience spanning onboarding, records and compliance.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience with HRIS and HR data management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment administration, interview arrangements, employment documentation and pre-employment requirements.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation, system setup, medical examinations and work pass administration.
• Support workforce mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including coordination of relevant employee logistics.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure data integrity and governance.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics and dashboards to support workforce and operational decision‑making.
• Support HR audits, HRIS enhancements, automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits and procedures.
• Support benefits enrolment and disenrollment, vendor coordination, invoices, employment verification letters and learning administration.
