Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations coordinator to drive a broad range of HR activities in Singapore. You will support onboarding, preboarding, day-1 readiness, and immigration workflows while coordinating with managers and vendors.

You will manage new hire orientation, ongoing onboarding programs, benefits administration, learning logistics, offboarding, and related audits. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive documentation with discretion.
• Advantageous to have Talent Possible/Workday/CCP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite interview coordination and day-1 readiness for new hires.
• Coordinate onboarding with managers and departments (medical, laptop, badge).
• Prepare weekly onboarding name list and conduct HR briefing.
• Organize monthly new hire orientation and HR segment.
• Process internal transfers, letters, and payroll entries; submit forms for benefits/payroll.
