Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations professional on a 1-year renewable contract to support APAC and EU regions. The role involves onboarding/offboarding, data maintenance, payroll, benefits, and handling large-scale inquiries across multiple time zones.

The candidate will ensure accurate HRIS processing, maintain compliant records, and contribute to policy updates and cross-border initiatives with regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of related experiences preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR administrative support for APAC and EU regions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data maintenance, payroll and benefits.
• Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries via email, communicator, and HR ticketing systems within defined SLA timelines.
• Ensure accurate processing of HR transactions in in-house HRIS systems with high data integrity.
• Maintain employee records and documentation compliance with local regulations across supported countries.
• Monitor adherence to labor laws across APAC and EU jurisdictions.
• Support regular HR audits and quality control checks to maintain data integrity and process accuracy.
• Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks to reflect regulatory changes.
