Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Gul Circle location.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, and welfare, with a monthly salary range of SGD 3,000–3,500 plus AWS and a variable bonus. Working hours are 8:15am to 5:30pm, five days a week, with 14 days annual leave. You will coordinate training, ensure compliance with MOM and CPF, and partner with managers to plan manpower needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of full-spectrum HR operations experience.
• Experience with Time software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll and welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job ads, screening, interview coordination, agencies and offer administration.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower, develop job descriptions and implement recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment law (MOM) and CPF regulations; keep management updated.
• Coordinate compulsory training, documentation and maintain training records.
