Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to support daily HR operations in Singapore. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee welfare, while ensuring statutory compliance.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:30pm, with company transport arrangements to the Gul Circle location. A 2-year HR operations track record and a Diploma in HR Management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of full spectrum HR operations experience.
• Experience with MOM/CPF regulations and local Singapore employment laws is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records.
