Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, records and employee welfare. You will drive end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers, develop job descriptions, ensure MOM/CPF compliance, and coordinate mandatory training, while maintaining accurate training records.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 year of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Time software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records
